Quilts

All of the girlygigs quilts are made from materials that have been well loved prior to arriving in Malawi. Girlygigs strives to use fabrics that have been recycled creating green, eco friendly quilts for our our children.

The fabrics are found in the local markets and the embroidery is done by the local village women. These embroidery skills are passed from woman to woman, grandmother to mother to daughter.

All our quilts are individually designed, resulting in wonderful unique bed linen for little girls.
