Mirrors

The girlygigs mirrors are created out of Gmaligna wood and then painted. Gmaligna is a fast growing, light coloured teak wood that is grown on the farm. The Gmaligna forests on the farm are intensively managed and are continuously being replanted.

Shannon, owner of girlygigs, is a director of a trust that is committed to the reforestation of an Island in lake malawi and to date has planted 26000 indigenous tree seedlings on Likoma Island.

10% of the purchase price of any mirror is donated to cluny wildlife trust and to the replanting of trees on Likoma Island.
